Observations

First off, it’s a cool setup at Prasco Park. It’s an excellent facility and the fall fest part of it brought many families to the ballpark on a warm October afternoon. The free concession stands were a nice touch.

“This place is unbelievable,” Kentucky coach Nick Mingione told Bat Cats Central. “Phil Arington, Ryan Arington, what they do for all the teams here and their heart, the way they serve is unbelievable. The field is immaculate. I’m thankful we came here.”

Just like last year, Kentucky did a community service project on Saturday and packed 2,500 bags of toys for kids who will get gifts.

Now, let's move on to some observations from the first game.
