Scrimmage observations (10/17): Tharnish homers early, pitching takes over late
After the Black team scored five runs early in the scrimmage, the pitching staff for both teams settled in and delivered quality innings.
The Kentucky baseball team is entering the home stretch of fall practice. Friday night's open scrimmage at Kentucky Proud Park featured a good gathering of fans and former players. It's homecoming week at Kentucky, and many baseball alumni were at the ballpark on Friday night.
